Midweek specials: offered periodically in shoulder and low seasons.
Bookings for 3 days or more: discounts offered
Bookings of 7 days or more: negotiable.
Single person rates: $20 discount.
Cash Discount: $5.00

Cancellation Policy: Room bookings require a Visa or MasterCard number. Normally a deposit is not charged, however, full first night tariff will be charged unless 14 days cancellation notice is given. All rooms are double with private baths. Eagle and Blue can sleep a third person for an extra $30.00 per night.

B&B Rooms are not suitable for Children or Pets

Smoking under the verandah only.

Easter and other holiday weekends.

$180 per night (for 2); $210 (for 3).

shoulder season rates

March - May
September - November

B&B rates include a gourmet continental breakfast served with artisan local breads; locally made jams, marmalades and honey; fresh seasonal fruit; home-made muesli, granola and cereals; yogurt; gourmet American coffee; black, green and herbal teas.

Available for additional fee is a delightful cooked breakfast prepared by our professional chef, Paul Angeloni, whose specialties, Santa Barbara, Santa Fe and Manhattan omelets,

All rates include use of large central living area with log fireplace and 3,000-volume library.

All rooms have tv/video and include access to a video collection of more than 1,000 films.
